For most of his career, Doug was a highly educated Honda technician who has been honored to be among the nation’s top 10 percent in Honda’s “Fix it Right the First Time” program. But Doug is also smart enough to surround himself with people he can trust, including a Chrysler Master Tech, a GM Master Tech and an ASE-certified Technician.

“We can handle pretty much anything,” says Doug, who spent more than 20 years at dealerships servicing Hondas, Toyotas and Mazdas.

“Some auto centers push you to replace your brakes before you really need to because they need to meet a monthly sales quota,” Doug says. We’re not like that. You paid for every millimeter of those brake pads and you should use what you paid for. That said, when you really need to replace them, we will let you know.”
